Group Fitness Classes

Classes are offered daily and may include Step Aerobics, Hi-lo, Aquacise, Total Body Conditioning, and others. No registration or fees for CLL members, simply drop-in and enjoy your workout. Non-members may enjoy a group fitness class for $6 per class.

There will be no Group Fitness classes on Juy 4th, Memorial Day, Columbus Day, Thanksgiving Break (11/22 - 11/28), Christmas break (12/24 - 1/3), Martin Luther King Jr. Day and Labor Day.

Inclement Weather: If the University of Maine at Machias closes due to inclement weather, all group fitness classes will be cancelled.

All classes are offered on a drop-in basis.

Class size is dependent on facility size and equipment availability.

All classes are included with a CLL membership. Individuals without a membership may also attend by purchasing a fitness pass for $5 per class.
