If Your Roommate Gets Sick

By practicing good hygiene and taking some extra precautions, it is possible to remain healthy even if one's roommate is ill with H1N1. The federal government has issued an excellent set of recommendations in the document "Caring for a Sick Person in Your Home."

To assist UMM and health officials in tracking the spread of the illness, please help make certain that the sick person reports his or her flu symptoms by e-mail to ummhealthservices@maine.edu.
