Personal Training

Personal training is individual or small group instruction that provides a client with motivation, guidance, and education during a workout. A certified personal trainer will assist in developing challenging workouts specifically designed to safely achieve the client's fitness goals. Personal Training sessions can be purchased in one, four, eight , or ten session packages.

Fitness Assessment Information

(Required of new clients)

The Fitness Assessment is designed to evaluate your current fitness level and health risks and identify your goals. The information allows the Personal Trainer to develop a tailored safe and specific exercise routine.

• Step One: The Health Risk and Medical Questionnaires

The Questionnaires evaluate your current health and risk of disease and determines if a Medical Clearance is required.

• Step Two: The Fitness Assessment

The Fitness Assessment lasts approximately one hour and evaluates:

  • 1. Body Composition
  • 2. Blood Pressure
  • 3. Flexibility
  • 4. Cardiovascular Strength and Endurance
  • 5. Muscular Strength and Endurance at the conclusion, a comprehensive report will be provided.

• Step Three: Training Session

The Fitness Assessment can be purchased with one, four, eight or ten Personal Training sessions. One session provides a step-by-step orientation of your cardiovascular, resistance training, and flexibility programs. Multiple sessions provide the opportunity to progress your routine to deter boredom and performance plateaus.
