PERSONAL

I will be graduating in May from UMM, earning a Bachelor of Arts degree in Behavioral Science. My life experiences as a mother of two children (now both teenagers), student and wife, and my work experiences as an employee of small business and government agency have enabled me to develop certain skills that prove valuable in most work settings. I find my strengths include dependability, making effective use of time, working well as a team member, and maintaining a positive attitude.

EMPLOYMENT

1997-Summer - Intern, Wings for Children and Families

Duties included providing staff support to case manager and family advocate, participating in Wings Wraparound Process, team and staff meetings, and group supervision.

1991-1994 - 1:1 Worker, Action Opportunities, Inc.

Provided assistance and guidance for Headstart children with special needs. Carried out behavioral modification plans, attended team meetings with parents and service providers and assisted with screenings and home visits.

1987-1997 - Bookkeeper, Bell Farms/Trucking, Inc.

Duties included accounts receivable, accounts payable, payroll and general ledger record keeping. Maintained computerized bookkeeping system, and tax and licensing requirements.
